In-Home Support Services, Inc. Annual Employee Appreciation Banquet
On December 12, 2009, In-Home Support Services, Inc., “The Personal Care People,” held their 2nd Annual Employee Appreciation Banquet. While serving clients in Culpeper, Orange, Madison, Fauquier, Rappahannock Counties and surrounding area with in-home personal care services 24/7 for the past 5 years, In-Home Support Services, Inc. also employs more than 60 people from these counties. Efficient, prudent management style and dedication to outstanding customer service has enabled In-Home Support Services, Inc. to reward our employees despite the current national economic conditions. Alaphia Thomas, Executive Director stated, “We value our employees and take pride in the fact that our company is amongst the top paying companies in our area for Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides.” She continues, “This allows us to choose the best people to work with our customers. Our customers have placed a tremendous amount of trust in us. Therefore, we want to do everything possible to merit the confidence they place in us. The foundation to providing excellent customer service is to have employees that understand and share the company values and goals.”
